When you request a Free AI Visibility Review, we collect your first and last name, email address, website address, and anything else you choose to add: contact number, business name, industry and service location.

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the site.

• To generate and show your website review.
• To contact you about your results and answer your questions.
• To protect the site from abuse, for example by limiting repeated requests.
• To understand and improve how our website is used.

We don't add you to newsletters or marketing lists, and we don't sell your personal information.

When you submit the review form, your details are sent to our team by email so we can follow up. The review itself reads only publicly available pages and files on the website you enter. Your results are shown to you on screen. We don't store them in a database, although they may be held briefly in temporary memory to speed up repeat requests.

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and respond to you:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers form notifications to our team.
• Google, for analytics and website fonts.
• Calendly, for booking calls.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep review requests and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or ask us not to contact you, by emailing pitale@runitsmarter.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
